I’m Hyziel Amper, a dedicated and resourceful Virtual Assistant from Bohol, Philippines, with a passion for helping businesses thrive through digital marketing support and streamlined systems.
My professional journey began in 2018 as a Dental Assistant, where I learned the importance of detail, client care, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From there, I transitioned to working in the call center industry, where I honed my communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills for over a year.
In 2023, I entered the Virtual Assistant world by joining Outsourced Doers, where I supported entrepreneurs with social media management, email marketing, video editing, automation, and more. This experience opened my eyes to how much impact a reliable, tech-savvy VA can have on a growing business. Since then, I’ve expanded into working directly with clients—offering personalized, results-driven support across digital platforms.
What sets me apart is my balance of creativity and structure. I love making things look good—whether it's a well-designed Canva post or a branded email campaign—but I’m equally passionate about building efficient systems and helping my clients feel more organized and empowered.

Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant – Outsourced Doers to Remote
I began my VA journey with Outsourced Doers, where I supported clients with digital marketing tasks such as social media management, email campaigns, automation setup, and content creation. During my time with the agency, I honed my skills using tools like Canva, Kajabi, WordPress, and GoHighLevel—while learning how to manage multiple projects with efficiency and care.
After June 2024, I transitioned to working directly with clients as a freelancer, continuing to deliver strategic, on-brand digital support. My freelance work allows me to build stronger partnerships with business owners, helping them stay consistent, organized, and visible online. From reels to email flows and admin systems, I provide tailored solutions that save my clients time and bring structure to their day-to-day operations.
Call Center Representative – IBEX Global Solutions
In this role, I provided customer support via phone calls, resolving a high volume of inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. I developed excellent communication and multitasking skills while handling both technical and billing-related issues. This role taught me to remain calm under pressure and deliver quality service even in fast-paced environments.
Dental Assistant – Bohol Dental Care Clinic
As a dental assistant, I supported both patients and dentists during treatments and procedures. I prepared instruments, maintained cleanliness and organization, and managed administrative tasks. This early role taught me the value of precision, confidentiality, and hands-on client care.
